Hello All,
We hope you are all enjoying your Holiday Season and that you can be with all those you love for Christmas. It always seems like time just gets away from us – Christmas is just a couple days away! We have been busy this year and I am looking forward to our time after the holidays to reflect, start planning for the new year and new things. I was able to snatch a couple photos from a few places around my home and want to get them out to you. It’s such a magical time that I truly enjoy.
We had a fabulous Fall and Holiday season here at Timeless Creations and we are so very thankful for each and every one of you who shop with us and support our dream. It’s not always easy, but we really do appreciate you always showing up for us. Each one of our events this season at our Brick and Mortar store was extremely well attended and we heard great feedback from everyone. We will continue to keep bringing you not only great products (most of which are made by small businesses if we didn’t do it ourselves!) but also great experiences too.
I’m so thankful for my mom, Vicki, who has jumped all-in on this adventure together with me. We really work extremely well together and it is special to be able to share this with her!
Now over to my favorite places to decorate at my home – The sunroom here where these first photos were taken is one of my favorite rooms in the house. It’s a beautiful sitting area where you feel like you are right outdoors with all those big windows. Everything in the above photo was all from our Boutique over the years. The glass trees, florals, tray and candle. A couple key rules to decorating basically anything and anywhere in your home is to use 1) Varying heights and 2.) Varying textures.
I did purchase a new faux tree this year and am absolutely in love with it! It is pretty much the perfect classic Christmas tree. Very full, nice and round, and lots of lights!
Entryway – Over in the entryway is another favorite place of mine to decorate. I have always wanted to have a wide open staircase as I believe it is just so beautiful. This house sure has checked a lot of the boxes I wished for in a home!
The garland on the banister is a favorite each year and is extremely festive!
Some cozy pillows and a throw blanket around the bench are a lovely touch for the whole year, not just for Christmas! They all get changed out for the different seasons.
This year I really went big on the greenery all around. I felt like that is so easy and simple without going overboard. I still have my pops of red, but it isn’t overwhelming.
And of course I have some beautiful mercury glass trees all around too! It is one of my very favorite items to decorate with for the holidays. Give me mercury glass trees of all sizes, shapes and textures and I’m happy! Also the ornaments too! This little tree has a beautiful mercury glass ornament garland and I have a ton of silver and deep red on my tree in the sunroom (seen above).
I had one other area I shared with you all just a week or so ago – my mantle. I may be a bit biased but I thought it was just beautiful this year! Check that out HERE.
And of course, Merry Christmas to you all!
