Welcome back to our Coffee Bar Series!
As our staunch followers may have seen, we have been sharing Kristen’s coffee bar being decorated for each season. We have done summer and fall already and now a holiday post was due! Plus this is just one of Kristen’s favorite areas to decorate. Thank you for following along, and we hope this inspires you for your own spaces!

This year I chose to decorate for the holidays using the rustic/glam style. A mixture of wood, plaid, and greenery for the rustic, while adding elegant trees, mercury glass, and luxe faux fur to add the glam. (Check out our post on how to decorate with a Rustic/Glam style) Along with the deep red I have splashed all over I am loving my rustic/glam Christmas decor!
For my coffee bar, it is very easy to keep the large decor pieces the same, then switch out the little items for the season. This space is also utilized every single day – my husband and I are coffee lovers for sure! Therefore the coffee pot and grounds HAVE to stay in their spots. As well as the wooden tray, since it’s not only cute, but functional in keeping any water spills away from the beautiful wood top of the sideboard.
The large crate on one side and the jar on the other are perfect to fit the space. And how easy is it to just change out the floral stems of the jar and add red berries to the eucalyptus. Ummmm, super easy! And for the large crate, it only took changing the pumpkins to greenery to get a Christmas look!
For the top, I switched my large Ironstone pitcher to a pretty white tree! I have fallen in love with that tree that I purchased this year! And the vintage wicker wrapped green bottle was an absolute steal! I found it in a consignment shop for very cheap. I don’t think that person knew what they were selling…
It was a quick and easy change from fall to winter – which is what I prefer. I’m still working on building up my supply of Christmas decor. I have made items in the past (Like this wreath, and this paper garland) but this year I did get to shop at TJ Maxx for a couple new items, including that pretty white tree.
We hope this has inspired you to decorate your own home for the holidays. Just remember that it doesn’t take much in order to get the look you want.
Happy Holiday Season and Merry Christmas!
